Job summary

The Arc of Ocean County is seeking an Assistant Program Supervisor to help run our Adult Day Services. You will support daily operations, supervise staff, and help deliver individualized experiences that build independence and community connections.

Join a team dedicated to person-centered service, teamwork, and professional growth while coordinating with families and coordinators to meet each participant’s goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Human Services, Special Education, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in direct support, vocational, or adult day programs.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license in good standing with up to five points.
• Ability to complete required background screenings and comply with agency drug testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day program activities to keep services moving smoothly and effectively.
• Partner with program leadership to maintain high standards for participant support and service delivery.
• Organize staffing needs, workflow, and communication to meet program priorities.
