Job summary

The Arc of Ocean County is seeking an Assistant Program Supervisor to help run our Adult Day Services program. You will support daily operations, guide staff, and help participants achieve individualized goals in independence, vocational skills, and daily living tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Special Education, or a related field required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a direct support, vocational, or adult day program setting.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license in good standing with no more than five points.
• Ability to complete required background screenings and comply with drug testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day program activities to ensure smooth operation.
• Provide coaching to staff and promote teamwork and growth.
• Monitor participant progress toward individualized goals such as independence and daily living skills.
• Maintain accurate participant records and ensure a safe, inclusive environment.
