Schedule: Wednesday 10am-6pm, Thursday and Friday 1:45pm-10:30pm, Saturday 8am-10:30pm

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health – Massachusetts' STARR is an off-campus group home located in Paxton, MA, serving co-ed youth, ages 6 to 12, on a rapid reintegration care program. With a 1:3 staff to student ratio, the focus at STARR is to identify and treat safety/risk factors, barrier behaviors, and factors that led to placement, facilitating youth reintegration to family or next appropriate placement, usually within days.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts and Rhode Island offers programs and services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Located in Paxton, MA. This position involves managing personal hygiene, chores & room care, meals, medication administration, recreation, facilitating peer interactions & socialization, working on treatment goals, and providing transportation for clients, families, or others as assigned.

    Job Requirements:

    • Must be 21 years of age or older
    • Driver's license required
    • Minimum Bachelor's degree OR 12 years in a supervisory or direct care role can replace the Bachelor's degree
    • Previous experience working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders required
    • Residential supervisory experience preferred

    Schedule:

    • 2 weeks New Hire Orientation, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM, in Rutland, MA
    • Post Orientation Schedule: Wednesday 10am-6pm, Thursday and Friday 1:45pm-10:30pm, Saturday 8am-10:30pm
