This position offers a Sign on Bonus of $1,500

As the Assistant Director of Rehab, you will be responsible for leading and managing our rehabilitation department, ensuring the highest standard of care for our patients. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals in need of rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities

As an Assistant Director of Rehab, you will supervise the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community. You will lead our interdisciplinary team, act as a trusted partner for clients and the community, and maintain productivity standards. Most importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists.
  • Valid or pending (for new graduates) state license.
  • Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is preferred but not required.
