What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and manage the delivery of right-of-way (ROW) projects, including property acquisition and documentation
• Support the ROW Project Manager in day-to-day operations, special assignments, and preparation of project reports
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget and scope
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders to support efficient project delivery
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies and procedures to enhance ROW project effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications)

• BA/BS degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of three years of project management experience focused on real property in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with experience in multidisciplinary team collaboration
• Proven ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions for ROW acquisition challenges

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Knowledge of right-of-way acquisition, land conveyance, and reporting for complex construction mega-projects
• PMP certification highly preferred
• Strong background in project and construction management with an emphasis on real property
• Experience with major capital infrastructure projects, including real property scope, policy, and strategy
• Skilled in technical writing, public communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration
