As Assistant Program Manager, you’ll support the Program Manager and serve as a key resource for both staff and patients in our outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

Support and help manage daily operations of the interdisciplinary rehab team Coordinate therapy services with the nursing department and larger care team Supervise therapists, assistants, and rehab aides Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and Symbria policies Monitor team productivity and caseload balance Assist in community marketing and promotion of rehab services Collect outcome data to track and enhance program performance Step in as Program Manager when needed

Qualifications

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program Valid clinical license in the state of Ohio Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite 2+ years of clinical experience preferred (rehab, outpatient, LTC, or acute care)
