Our services are evidence-based, aimed at rehabilitation, and offer hope to those in our care. Eliot is renowned for our innovative clinical approach, high-quality clinical training, and for having some of the most talented professionals in community behavioral health services.

Eliot's adult community clinical services is seeking a candidate with a strong commitment to mental health recovery. The ideal candidate will have residential experience and experience providing clinical interventions to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness in a Group Living Environment (GLE).

Responsibilities:
  1. Empower consumers to exercise control over their lives, including daily routines within their home and leisure activities. Inform consumers of choices in all areas of daily living to promote individual control.
  2. Assist consumers in community integration by supporting their use of community resources, encouraging memberships, and reducing stigma through education.
  3. Provide a safe living environment, including crisis intervention when necessary.
  4. Maintain therapeutic boundaries and a professional relationship with consumers.
  5. Exercise sound judgment by providing appropriate support and maintaining a trusting relationship that prioritizes the consumer's well-being.
  6. Develop Individual Action Plans (IAP) that are realistic and involve consumers in goal-setting.
  7. Assist in hiring, training, evaluation, supervision, and disciplinary actions of program staff.
  8. Ensure a clean and safe living environment, including obtaining necessary inspections and maintaining proper site and property conditions.
Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Starting Salary:

$54,000 annually

Education

Preferred: Bachelor's degree

Experience

Required: At least 2 years of experience with the target population
