Eliot's adult community clinical services is seeking a candidate with a strong commitment to mental health recovery. The ideal person will have at a minimum, 5 years residential experience, significant supervisory experience of at least 10+ staff, and an understanding of medical issues that affect the elderly.
Eliot is a leader in the Behavioral Health realm and provides an integrated and comprehensive network of services to adults with psychiatric disabilities that are evidence-based, providing rehabilitation and hope to those in services. Eliot is known for our innovative clinical approach, high-quality clinical training, and for having the most talented people in community behavioral health services.
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 12p to 8pm, with on-call responsibilities.

Education:
Required: Bachelor's Degree
Experience:
Required: 2 years experience working with adults that have persistent and recurring mental illness.
Licenses & Certifications:
Required: MA Driver's License
