Job summary

Agape of Appleton in Wisconsin is seeking compassionate Assistant Program Managers. Pay starts at $18.55–$20.60 per hour based on experience; overtime eligibility and weekly open interviews on Thursdays 9am-3pm CT are offered.

You will assist individuals with daily living activities, ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, and support program implementation. Leadership experience and a passion for helping people with disabilities are required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 2–3 years of direct care experience.
• Demonstrated experience in leading others.
• Ability to be adaptable in hours of work, environment, and situations.
• Strong passion for helping others with mental and physical disabilities.

• Be proficient and knowledgeable of all State/Federal regulations pertaining to your program.
• Aid in case management and program implementation while providing guidance to the program’s caregivers as directed by the Residential Case Manager.
• Assist in developing and implementing individual support plans for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Maintain a valid driver\'s license.
• 2-3 years of direct care experience required.

• Be mentally and physically capable of assisting residents based on their needs while using sound judgement.
