Job summary

NFI North, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Program Director for its Transitional Housing Program in Concord, NH. In this role, you will support the Program Director, oversee program operations, and assist in providing mental health services for adults living with mental illness.

The position requires a minimum of an Associate's Degree and supervisory experience. Benefits include comprehensive medical coverage, paid time off, and a 4-day work week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree or 60 college credit hours; preferred Bachelor’s Degree in human services or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with a related population or service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director in the overall functioning and operation of the program.
• Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, and petty cash.
• Supervise staff.
• Provide group and individual counseling and crisis intervention.
• Coordinate with state hospital maintenance personnel for residence upkeep.
• Maintain on-call responsibilities and be available on some nights and weekends.
