Description

Beacon of Hope (BOH), a Division of Catholic Charities Community Services, seeks an Evening Program Manager for its multi-licensed building on the grounds of Bronx State Psychiatric Center. The Program Manager works alongside a team of other Managers to provide oversight of the programs ’ operations and maintain compliance with the Office of Mental Health regulatory requirements, as well as with BOH’s Policies and Procedures. The Program Manager w orks 12pm-8pm . Program Manager is on-call 24/7. Salary is commensurate with experience, $75,000-$77,250 annually. Job Requirements~

• Master’s degree in a Mental Health discipline
• License in a Mental Health discipline preferred
• Three years of experience working with mentally ill and/or substance use population
• Strong leadership skills, with ability to work independently, flexibly and responsibly
• Excellent organizational, time-management and communication skills
