ASSISTANT PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Beacon of Hope (BOH), a Division of Catholic Charities Community Services, seeks an Assistant Program Director for its Bronx congregate programs to maintain its residential programs in the borough. The Assistant Program Director Program Manager provides oversight of a program’s operations and maintains compliance with the Office of Mental Health regulatory requirements, as well as with BOH’s Policies and Procedures. Works Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, although hours may vary slightly depending on a program’s needs. Salary is commensurate with experience, $85,000 - $90,000 annually.

Job Requirements:

  1. Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
  2. License in a mental health discipline preferred
  3. Four years of experience working with the mental health or a special needs population
  4. Two years of supervisory experience
