Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with adults with disabilities.
• MAP certification preferred.
• PABC certification required.
• First Aid and CPR Certification required before starting.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs or more.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director to ensure the program runs smoothly.
• Assist in developing daily routines for the program.
• Build meaningful relationships with individuals served.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including laundry, meal prep, and personal care.
• Promote engaging activities and community outings.
• Administer medications as needed.
• Provide transportation for residents as required.
• Monitor safety and respond to emergencies or health needs.
