The Department of Psychology at Lamar University invites applications for a 9-month, tenure-track Assistant Professor of Psychology position beginning Fall 2027. The area of specialization is open, with preference for Clinical Psychology and supervision of graduate practicum in the onsite clinic.

• Ph.D./Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology or related clinical field.
• Evidence of teaching ability at university level.
• Demonstrated scholarly achievement or potential for sustained research productivity.
