Job summary

The Department of Physics at the University of North Texas invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Semiconductors (experimental). Qualifications

• PhD in physics or closely related field; strong commitment to teaching.
• Minimum of one year of postdoctoral experience or equivalent.
• Experience in experimental semiconductor research preferred.
