Ball State University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-line Assistant Professor of Studio Art with a specialty in printmaking. The ideal candidate will be a creative teacher, thoughtful mentor, and collaborative colleague who will foster interdisciplinary collaboration across the School of Art's many studio areas.

The School of Art supports over 700 undergraduate majors across BA, BS, and BFA programs, with state-of-the-art facilities and a wide range of studio areas.

Qualifications

• MFA in art/design or related field required by appointment date.
• One semester of college-level teaching experience required.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses at all levels in studio art, including printmaking.
• Develop and maintain printmaking facilities and collaborate with faculty/staff.
• Produce scholarship/creative work and participate in service to the School/College/University.
