CCD’s nursing programs are designed to create competent, ethical and confident health care practitioners in an innovative, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Primary duties include, but are not limited to, curriculum oversight, teaching (didactic, simulation, laboratory and clinical), student mentoring, student remediation, curriculum development, maintaining accurate records that are in compliance with all State Board of Nursing and ACEN requirements, and attending faculty meetings and participation in committees that support the mission of the college and the nursing program.
All faculty may be required to teach in days, evening, and weekends as needed. Instruction is offered in-person and in online format.
The position reports to the Director of Nursing Education Program.
