Assistant Professor of Medicine - Department of Medicine at CUMC, Division of Digestive & Liver Diseases
The Division of Digestive and Liver Diseases at Columbia University Irving Medical Center seeks a full-time gastroenterologist interested in pursuing a clinical track position. The successful candidate will be part of the Division of Digestive and Liver Diseases as part of the Department of Medicine. Gastroenterology experience is preferred but new graduates should feel free to apply.
Position will be primarily based at the Allen Hospital and Corlear Out-Patient practice.
Responsibilities:
Comprehensive care of patients with gastroenterology disorders, including on-call coverage of GI service, participation in the education of fellows, residents and medical students; participation in clinical research, participation in compliance and quality care programs of the University and of the Department of Medicine.
* MD degree or equivalent.
* Board certified/board eligible in Gastroenterology.
* Eligible to be licensed to practice in the States of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
* Successful completion of ACGME approved fellowships in gastroenterology.
