Job summary

The Culverhouse College of Business at the University of Alabama seeks candidates for a tenure-track Advanced Assistant or Assistant Professor position in the Department of Management.

Primary duties include developing and maintaining a robust research program that results in publications in leading scholarly journals, teaching courses in our undergraduate, master's, and/or doctoral programs, and performing service activities as assigned by the Department, College, and University.

Therefore, we seek candidates who demonstrate an existing (or have the potential to demonstrate a) strong research agenda, evidence of teaching effectiveness, and commitment to contributing to the College and University community. We are especially interested in candidates who see methodological innovation and AI as opportunities to extend and rethink how important management questions are studied.
