Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Earth Science, Geology, or closely related field.
• OR a Master’s degree in another discipline with at least 18 graduate credit hours in Earth Science/Geology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lecture and laboratory instruction across a variety of discipline-related courses.
• Implement creative, student-centered teaching methods that foster critical thinking and intellectual growth.
• Potential teaching assignments include: Geology, Earth Science,Environmental Science, Soil Science, NaturalResources/Conservation, Remote Sensing, GIS, Dendrology, WorldGeography, and Mineralogy.
• Engage in continuous professional development, departmentalleadership, and community service.
