All tenure and tenure-track positions will have responsibilities in research, teaching, and service missions.
Tenure-track faculty are expected to teach students, pursue a robust program of research, seek external funding, and disseminate research findings.
Faculty are expected to model exemplar professional behavior through work with students, peers, administration, and community colleagues and to provide student support to include mentoring, advising, recruiting, and DNP student project supervision.
Teaching responsibilities ensures adherence to program policies, course objectives, program outcomes and current teaching, clinical, and simulation best practices and safety measures.
All faculty are expected to maintain content and clinical mastery, and to participate in college, university and professional service activities.
Active participation in college and university committees and activities is required.
The faculty members will develop and maintain an active program of scholarship and disseminate scholarly work through peer-reviewed publications, presentations, and other appropriate venues.
