Job summary

Midwestern University, Downers Grove campus, seeks a full-time faculty member to teach within the entry-into-practice DNAP program. The role includes didactic lectures, simulation lab training, and clinical precepting for CRNA students.

Weekly on-campus presence is required with some remote work up to 2 days per week depending on assignments. The program emphasizes safe, professional, and competent education in anesthesia management.

Qualifications

• Active CRNA certification or recertification by NBCRNA.
• Unencumbered RN and/or APRN license (Illinois eligibility).
• Doctoral degree (DNAP/DNP/Ph.D./Ed.D. or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical CRNA experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach within the entry-into-practice DNAP program.
• Deliver didactic lectures and clinical precepting.
• Participate in faculty meetings, student advising, and program activities.
