The successful candidate will establish a dynamic research program and contribute to teaching across undergraduate, graduate, and medical school levels.

Areas of interest include metabolism and metabolism-related diseases such as gastrointestinal disorders, cancer, aging, obesity, and type 2 diabetes.

Qualifications

• Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent degree in biomedical sciences.
• three years post-doctoral experience
• peer-reviewed research publications in the past three years
• teaching or mentoring experience
• must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Establish a dynamic research program and aggressively pursue extramural funding.
• Excel at undergraduate, graduate and medical school-level teaching while mentoring students and trainees.
