Summary of Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Abalanced workload which consists of effectively teaching courses inthe area of Marketing along with research and service that iscommensurate with the awarding of tenure at Murray StateUniversity.

Minimum Education Requirements:

Ph.D. or DBA in Marketing or a related field from anAACSB-accredited Business School required. ABDs with a documentedplan of completion by appointment date will be considered.

Minimum Experience and SkillRequirements:

Must have teaching experience at theuniversity level.

Preferred Education and/or ExperienceQualifications:

A significant record of publicationsin peer reviewed journals and evidence of teaching effectivenesspreferred. Evidence of the capacity to teach using three deliverymethods (traditional/live courses, interactive television, andonline/web instruction) is also preferred. Interest and willingnessto teach in international settings, including participation inuniversity programs abroad, is also preferred.
