Qualifications

The successful candidate will be an international economist who specializes in empirical international economics and data analysis with a particular emphasis on policy design to address pressing concerns in the global economy. In addition to expertise on international finance and investment, the successful candidate will be well versed in the international arenas and institutions that can carry out policy reforms. They will teach one or more required BA or MA courses in international economic policy as well as courses in their areas of regional or functional expertise, and will also advise and mentor our undergraduate and graduate students. Prior teaching experience and a record of publication and research will be considered a plus.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, beginning October 23, 2026, but applications will be accepted until the job is filled. The expected starting date for employment is July 1, 2027.

The salary range for this position is $112,000-130,000
