The successful candidate will teach IS, cybersecurity, digital forensics, ethical hacking, and AI governance, while pursuing scholarly research in Information Systems.

They will serve the department with service, attend meetings, and participate in assessment of student learning.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Information Systems or closely related field.
• Evidence of effective teaching experience or potential for teaching at college/university level (online and in-person).
• Evidence of or potential for scholarly research in Information Systems.
• Evidence of effective engagement with a diverse student body.
• Must meet AACSB standards for Scholarly Academic (SA) classification at appointment and maintain it.

Responsibilities

• Teach information systems, cybersecurity, digital forensics, ethical hacking, and AI governance.
• Maintain weekly office hours and participate in faculty meetings.
• Contribute to assessment of student learning and department/service activities.
• May teach weekday, evening, weekend, or online courses and meet college/department standards.
