The University of Cincinnati Blue Ash College is one of the largest regional colleges in Ohio. The University of Cincinnati's Blue Ash College invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor of United States history and environmental history, intended to begin in August 2025. The candidate's main responsibility will be teaching surveys in US history and environmental history, with potential additional courses in urban or public history. The teaching load will be 12 credit hours in 2 semesters (4/4).
Prior to effective date of appointment, all of the following are required:

* A curriculum vitae
* A statement of interest, including introduction to candidate's research focus, goals, and a discussion of teaching philosophy (that is, approach to teaching and strategies of learning)
* Three (3) letters of recommendation
* Copies of syllabi from the candidate's most recent US History survey course. In addition, the candidate should include any courses taught in environmental history (if applicable). Sample syllabi should be labeled as such.
* Doctoral transcripts on the graduate level
