The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is inviting applications for an Assistant Professor in the Clinical Faculty track within the Head and Neck Surgery Department. The position focuses on cancer-related oral rehabilitation with collaboration across the multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will contribute to resident and fellow teaching, provide high-quality patient care, and engage in clinical research with opportunities for funding.

Competenze

• Board eligible or board certified in oral/maxillofacial surgery or prosthodontics/maxillofacial prosthodontics or oral medicine.
• Completed a fellowship in one of the recognized dental specialties/sub-specialties.
• Eligible for licensure in the State of Texas.

Mansioni

• Develop a specialty practice in cancer-related oral rehabilitation in collaboration with the head and neck multidisciplinary team.
• Teach residents and fellows as part of an integrated educational program.
• Engage in clinical or translational research and pursue appropriate funding.
• Represent the department and participate in administrative duties and service activities.
