The Department of Biology at Colorado State University invites applications for at least one tenure-track Assistant Professor position. We seek creative, collaborative biologists whose research investigates how genetic variation gives rise to phenotypes in areas such as functional genomics, evolutionary genomics, quantitative genetics, and computational biology.

Work includes genotype-environment interactions and their effects on organismal function and fitness. Applicants must have a Ph.D.

Formación

• Ph.D. in biology or a related field.
• At least one year of postdoctoral experience by start date.
• Record of publications in genotype-to-phenotype research.

Responsabilidades

• Disseminate research findings through publications and conferences.
• Establish and sustain an independent, externally funded research program.
• Teach and develop undergraduate and graduate courses.
• Mentor and advise trainees.
• Provide service to the department and university.
