The College of Creative Arts (CCA) seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position to support the Department of EmergingTechnology in Business and Design (ETBD) and the College of Creative Arts in immersive experience, entertainment design, and mixed reality.
ETBD faculty are actively involved in advising students;facilitating graduate/undergraduate interdisciplinary researchprojects; leading client-based projects; participating ingrant-funded projects; leading co-curricular activities, studentorganizations, etc.
Terminal degree in a related field by the date of appointment in afield related to immersive experiences, mixed reality, orentertainment design.
Consideration may be given to candidates with demonstratedexperience in entertainment-related organizations, a record ofsignificant peer-evaluated scholarship and/or successful grantwriting, or a record of experience in teaching in relatedareas.
The Department of Emerging Technology in Business & Design isan integral part of the College of Creative Arts.
