We seek scholars who will lead collaborations among faculty, students, and community partners that address questions of well-being, public safety, and civic engagement.We are seeking a teacher/scholar who will offer a strong contribution to UA through teaching, research, service, and collaboration. Within the broad focus of Counseling Psychology, we seek a scholar focused on teaching and researching Counseling Psychology content related to social justice, multiculturalism broadly defined, ethics, and clinical practica. This faculty will also assist with the development of a terminal master’s program in Counseling Psychology. It is also important that the successful candidate can effectively teach undergraduate and graduate psychology courses and effectively advise/mentor graduate students in their research activities.Required QualificationsApplicants must have a PhD in Counseling/Clinical Psychology, be licensed or licensed eligible, and teach undergraduate and graduate psychology courses.Preferred QualificationsApplicants should demonstrate a program of research with the potential for external funding.Application InstructionsApplicants should submit a letter of application, curriculum vitae, Teaching Statement, and Research Statement, and three letters of recommendation.
