Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of Psychiatry at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure clinician educator track. Expertise is required in the specific area of racial and intersectional microaggression prevention programming, race-based bullying, the impact of race-ethnicity based biases on children's development, and community-based participatory research (CBPR) approaches to intervention development. Applicants must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.

Clinical responsibilities may include collaborating with clinicians on research projects to ensure research findings inform clinical practice.

Research or scholarship responsibilities may include collaborative and independent research in school-based research with a focus on relational aggression and race-based bullying, and racial and intersectional microaggressions and their impact across settings (schools, community, hospital).
