Job description

Hematology/Oncology Assistant Professor at CUIMC

The Department of Medicine, Division of Hematology/Oncology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, invites applications from highly qualified junior and/or mid-career physicians at the Assistant Professor level for the expansion of our hematology/oncology program. We seek new faculty members with strong clinical skills and interests in developing or continuing clinical and/or translational research programs in breast oncology.

Based in a vibrant academic community, the program offers excellent opportunities for research, clinical practice, and education, including teaching residents and fellows. The successful candidate(s) will participate in patient clinical care, contribute to the program's academic mission through clinical, translational, and/or basic research, and engage in teaching and administrative activities.

Qualifications
  • M.D. or equivalent medical degree required.
  • Board certified or eligible in Hematology and/or Oncology.
  • Must be eligible to practice in the State of New York.
