Job description

The Department of Pathology and Cell Biology at Columbia University is seeking one or more full-time surgical pathologists at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. Board certification in Anatomic Pathology is required for this position, with subspecialty training in gastrointestinal/liver, breast, head & neck, or pulmonary pathology strongly preferred. Candidates should have demonstrated experience in the field. Teaching and communication skills are essential. Applicants must hold an MD, DO, or MD/PhD degree and be able to obtain a NYS medical license.

Compensation:
  • Assistant Professor at CUMC: $260,000 to $313,000
  • Associate Professor at CUMC: $305,000 to $350,000

The salary range does not include benefits and may include additional incentives based on performance. Final salary will be determined based on various factors such as qualifications, experience, and training.
