OSF HealthCare is seeking an Assistant Professor (doctorally prepared) to join the College of Nursing to develop, implement, evaluate, and optimize its curriculum. The pay for this position ranges from 37.87/hr - 58.71/hr. This is a Salaried position.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Assistant Professor (doctorally prepared) is a member of the academic faculty entrusted with the development, implementation, evaluation, and optimization of the College of Nursing's program(s) curriculum. The Assistant Professor assists in the development of the Nurse Practitioner (NP) curriculum, identification, and monitoring of clinical sites for student practice and design of standardized patient scenarios. Serves the college, its students, faculty, staff, the profession, and community and is expected to participate and contribute to nursing scholarship through research activities, presentations, or publications. Each faculty member is expected to abide by and promote the mission, philosophy, and expected outcomes of the college and its programs within the philosophy framework and policies of OSF Healthcare and the College Board.
