The Spartech Greenville Facility produces a wide range of specialty products, including high-quality PETG face shields, COVID barriers, and Flame Retardant Royalite products used in aerospace and transportation. We are seeking an Assistant Operator to support our production team. If you meet the qualifications and want to work in a fast-paced environment with room to grow, a focus on safety and success, Spartech could be the right fit for you.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure polymer resin preparation, material modifications, and accurate data collection.
• Maintain process conditions and all required documentation.
• Support new product design and process development.
• Provide technical assistance to the Polymer Processing group and Laboratory as needed.
• Troubleshoot processing issues with various resins.
• Perform minor mechanical repairs on lab equipment.
• Operate lab-scale extruders, thermo-formers, etc.
