About The Role

Our Authentication Centers (warehouses) are where the magic happens! The Art & Science of Real comes to life within our facilities located in New Jersey and Arizona — combining the knowledge of hundreds of luxury experts with cutting-edge, proprietary technology. As an Assistant Production Manager, Photography, you will play a part in driving business operations forward by overseeing the development and productivity of the Photography team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the photo studio, the consignor and customer experience. If you are a people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven, team environment, this could be the perfect match!

What you get to do every day
  1. Create and populate team and individual productivity trackers
  2. Maintain the team's master tracker
  3. Complete department payroll
  4. Track team attendance and scheduling
  5. Maintain a positive team culture
  6. Attend all photography production meetings
  7. Assist with communicating disciplinary measures
  8. Assist with onboarding new hires
  9. Maintain and foster positive influences on team culture
  10. Facilitate trainings and production meetings weekly
  11. Build monthly individual trackers
  12. Oversee master employee logs
What you bring to the role
Minimum Requirements
  1. 2+ years managing a diverse team, preferably non-exempt
  2. Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams in a metrics-based environment
  3. Excellent business judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  4. Drive to achieve results individually and as a team
  5. Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
  6. Strong communication skills, with ability to adapt style; executive presence
  7. Adaptability and openness to change
  8. Growth mindset with solutions focus
Preferred Requirements
  1. 2+ years’ experience in warehouse operations
  2. Proficiency with Google Suite

The expected salary range is $59,608.80 - $80,912.00, considering various factors. Salary is part of TRR’s total rewards, which may include bonuses, incentives, and benefits.
