Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Four years of manufacturing experience.
• Two or more years of supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs and evaluates the Production department.
• Supervises production activities to meet requirements.
• Plans, assigns, and directs work; reviews performance.
• Implements safety programs to protect workers.
• Ensures product quality and conformance to specifications.
• Coordinates with supervisors to align plant activities.
• Reports equipment malfunctions and coordinates maintenance.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Analyzes and resolves production problems.
