Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager Assistant to support our project management team in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager with scheduling meetings, tracking project timelines, and maintaining documentation.
Customer communication
Schedule measures with customers
Measure for job/material ordering
Design drawings
Fill out order forms and submit them for production
Keep customers informed weekly of job progress.
Receive materials at the warehouse
Quality Control on installations
Assist in the breakdown of completed jobs costs and review them against the sales contract
Assist in the review job pay sheets for subcontractors
Miscellaneous items needed to get the project completed on time and within budget.
Keep outlook calendar updated.
Keep projects updated in Lead Perfection.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Minimum of two (2) years, full-time experience in residential improvement projects.
Professional degree preferred but not required.
Experience with AutoCAD is required
· Hands-on experience in residential remodeling as a carpenter or other trades person.
· Excellent communication skills dealing with customers.
· Working knowledge of residential construction, techniques and systems; and building codes.
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
