Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or experience in a technology-driven business.
• 5+ years in product management, commercial operations, program management, finance, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and project management skills; able to translate business priorities into actions.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; ability to connect product attributes to customer value.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and program workstreams from opportunity to production readiness with clear milestones.
• Prepare pricing and margin analysis and support product line planning and long-range financial cycles.
• Collaborate with Care, Sales, and manufacturing to resolve escalations on delivery, quality, and lead times.
• Lead cross-functional projects for delivery recovery, lead-time reduction, and capacity readiness.
• Research programs, customer architectures, and market trends for RF interconnect applications.
