Job summary

Schnucks is seeking an Assistant Produce Manager to perform duties of an experienced Clerk and to assume the Department Manager role in their absence. This role focuses on team leadership, safety adherence, and producing quality displays.

Responsibilities include assigning duties, training teammates, culling and rotating product, stocking orders, maintaining department standards, and following inventory controls. Excellent customer service and sanitation practices are essential.

• Follow inventory control procedures to ensure quality production, accuracy and product rotation.
• Assume the responsibility of the Department Manager in their absence.

Requirements

• Minimum of six months of relevant experience.
• Additional Requirements – Internal Candidates: Store/Facility Teammates: minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred.
• Store Support Center Teammates: minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred.
• Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline).
• If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.
