FLOCO Foods is seeking a Produce/Floral Department team member to deliver friendly guest service and drive department results in a fast-paced grocery environment.

You will oversee training, inventory, and scheduling while ensuring product quality and compliance with FLOCO Foods standards. Join a team dedicated to hometown vibes and community growth, with opportunities to advance within the department.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and 25 lbs constantly.
• Knowledge of produce operations.
• Ability to supervise people including training and development.
• Effective communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive polite, friendly service from the produce/floral department hosts.
• Achieve budgeted sales and profits for the produce/floral department.
• Maintain desired level of inventory and supplies.
• Operate the department according to merchandising and operational guidelines and programs.
• Ensure the quality of product for sale meets FLOCO Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department according to FLOCO Foods standards.
• Provide guidance, orientation, training and feedback to ensure produce department hosts achieve satisfactory performance standards.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, conditioning, stocking and customer service as necessary to achieve standards.
• Maintain department’s staffing and scheduling standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
