Job summary

Restaurant Depot is seeking an Assistant Produce Manager to support the Produce Manager in maintaining product freshness and selling initiatives. You will foster strong customer relationships and uphold HACCP guidelines while ensuring accurate inventory and safe operations.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a busy warehouse, overseeing product presentation, rotation, and compliance with company SOPs, OSHA standards, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and respond to questions in a timely manner.
• Operate equipment per company and OSHA guidelines.
• Follow HACCP policies and maintain "Always Fresh" standards.
• Assist with product presentation, rotation, labeling and replenishment.
• Maintain in-stock position and monitor inventory through cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of warehouse equipment.
• Ensure consistent execution of Department procedures.
