Jetro Restaurant Depot is seeking an Assistant Produce Manager to oversee daily operations in the produce department, ensuring product quality and accurate inventory. You will support staff and uphold company standards while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include maintaining freshness, coordinating merchandising and displays, and ensuring compliance with food safety policies in a fast-paced warehouse/retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in produce, grocery, retail, or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of product handling, rotation, and stock management.
• Ability to identify product quality issues and maintain freshness.
• Experience in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Supervise and support department staff to ensure adherence to company procedures and operational standards
• Assist with merchandising, signage, and product displays to maintain an organized and appealing department
• Support receiving processes by verifying incoming product for quality and accuracy
• Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies and regulations
