Job summary

You will work closely with the Processing Manager to develop a strong, mission-driven team and ensure efficient workflows while upholding our values of trust, teamwork, and teaching others. This role requires leadership and hands-on collaboration.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or related environment preferred.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and support others.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the processing department.
• Oversee donations, presorting, processing, and pricing merchandise.
• Ensure quick, accurate, and efficient workflow in a fast-paced setting.
• Motivate team members to meet daily and weekly production goals.
• Collaborate with the Processing Manager to address department needs.
