Assistant Process Operator - Reaction CPG-MFG

• Perform chemical production operations, including blending and packaging
• Understand chemical hazards and use appropriate PPE
• Operate mechanical and electrical equipment such as pumps, mixers, and automation systems
• Ensure safety compliance and report incidents
• Manage data entry for production tickets, receipts, and shipping documents
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment through daily inspections
• Assist with inventory counts and ensure ISO compliance
• Perform general forklift duties and other tasks as assigned

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Process Technology Degree preferred
• At least 2 years of manufacturing, chemical, or technical experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotation schedule
• Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship
• Forklift certification preferred

Physical Demands

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Bend, squat, reach, climb stairs and ladders
• Work at heights and in confined spaces with proper safety gear
