Job Description

The Assistant Process Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes in a cell production facility. This role involves analyzing production data, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that processes are efficient, cost-effective, and comply with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in process engineering, preferably in a cell manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies such as automation and robotics.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and update skills.
Working Conditions
  • May require occasional travel to other facilities or vendor locations.
