Qualifications

• BA or BS in Art/Graphic Design, Business, Marketing or Communications
• 1 - 3 years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Assist in execution of the design process from conceptualization to in-store product
• Keep current on design and companywide initiatives related to vertical brands
• Respond to business objectives with creative and innovative design solutions
• Collaborate with Print & Textile Designer to create compelling graphics for Vertical brands
• Research and report on industry trends, direction, technique and color for the season
• Support with research and creation of presentations for designers and design director new product ideas
• Maintain brand integrity by attending follow-up meetings
• Manage workload effectively
• Communicate clearly with partners in design, product development and merchandising
• Assist in presenting concepts to merchant team with openness to critique and direction
• Work with designer to create and update seasonal CAD boards to present the vision
