Qualifications

• Valid Administrative Services Credential required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and/or Cantonese or Mandarin preferred.
• Knowledge of RTI2, Restorative Justice/Practices, and Balanced Literacy.
• Strategic leadership and management in a K-12 urban public education setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Principal in managing and supervising a school.
• Provide educational leadership and oversee staff development.
• Lead efforts to close the opportunity gap and improve student achievement.
• Help develop and implement the school's balanced scorecard aligned with the district plan.
• Use data and technology to inform decisions and prepare reports (attendance, progress, budgets, safety plans).
