Qualifications

• Master’s degree required (Texas principal or other appropriate)
• Texas certificate Advanced Education Leadership (AEL), Instructional Leadership Training (ILT), or Instructional Leadership Development (ILD)
• Knowledge of campus operations and curriculum/instruction initiatives
• Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness
• Ability to manage budgets and personnel
• Ability to implement policies and procedures; interpret data
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional program management and campus operations
• Provide leadership in planning activities and campus improvement initiatives
• Support development and evaluation of staff performance and instructional strategies
• Coordinate budget requests and resource management with district
• Oversee student discipline and school climate improvements
